When can I expect my order?

READY TO SHIP wigs are ready to be sent off right away. Please expect your order to arrive in 2-5 business days. Any other wig order is considered a pre-order and will need an additional 5-7 days for processing.

What is the shipping policy?

When placing your order, please make sure that the shipping name matches the name on your card. Failure to do so will result to your order being refunded. Signature is required for ALL orders to be retrieved!

Do you sell shorter wigs, bundles, closures and or frontals? 

We do offer other products upon requests only. 

What is your return policy?
